- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am disgusted that after my parents have had a policy for 22 years, in which they only made 2 small claims, they received a letter stating their insurance was canceled. Apparently when you make a call simply asking if something is covered, it is counted against you. So because my parents have made 4 calls over the years, only 2 of which claims were actually made from, they were dropped.
